Admin "restore deleted encounter" function not working?

In which Wildbook did the issue occur? ACW

What operating system were you using? (Win 10

What web browser were you using? latest chrome

What is your role on the site? admin

What happened?
I attempted to use the Library Administration function called “Restore a deleted encounter” with this encounter record (Encounter edf08006-dc86-42ef-9265-5b4145403b7b) and it didn’t work. It said it was successful but when I clicked on the link provided in the “success” message, it took me to this:

What did you expect to happen? to have restored that encounter

Could it be because I was the one who deleted the encounter, via my admin login?

We see the issue. Tracking this as ticket WB-1534. The issue is thorny due to the fact that this feature is little used and Annotations become very complex objects over time. We are investigating a range of solutions.

Hi @jason, I used this as a test bec I had an encounter I had to delete anyway so I thought I’d see if this worked. I have not been asked by any user yet to restore any encounters so I don’t think this is critical at all.
