What happened?
A group of us researchers cannot get onto I of T at all or for only a few minutes before it crashes. I cannot even load the website
What did you expect to happen?
The webpage to open and function
What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?
Fix the website, none of us can do our jobs properly at the moment.
