What happened?
The automatic annotations for the sea turtle ‘Head’ and ‘Body’ are not appearing after submitting a new encounter, even after refreshing the page multiple times.
What did you expect to happen?
Normally when submitting a new encounter, the IoT will automatically annotate the turtle’s head and body for each photo submitted. It is not usually immediate and requires a few refreshes, but it always shows up after 5 minutes at most.
What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?
Submit a sea turtle encounter as one normally would and when you are redirected to the encounter page, you should see that no annotations are made on the photos even after refreshing multiple times.
If this is a bulk import report, send the spreadsheet to services@wildme.org with the email subject line matching your bug report

It looks like IoT ran out of disk space over the weekend. We’re re-running the impacted detections now.

Hi!
After some loading issues and long queues, IoT was back and working well for the last two days. Unfortunately, it seems that the annotation detection issue flagged in this post, which led to the long queues, is back as of today, see for example the following two encounters:

Encounter 2
Upload times are also very long, with 5-10 min per encounter. Personal internet connection is not the issue, has been checked.
Any chance to solve this?

The automatic annotations are not appearing after submitting a new encounter, even after refreshing the page and checking back after several hours. Image stuck in “Still awaiting detection. Refresh to see updates.”
What did you expect to happen?
Submit the encounter, the IoT will automatically annotate the turtle’s head and body for each photo submitted, mostly reliable.
What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?
Submit a sea turtle encounter, wait for annotations to appear.
