Hi I have just tried to log in to the new SharkBook.ai and unfortunately I cannot seem to get my login details correct - I have tried to reset my password twice but it doesn’t seem to recognise me. I have tried using my sarahhandebeaux@gmail.com as my login, and also Sarah HandeBeaux as my log in account but it won’t let me in. Do you know why that might be?
