What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
We have a a few very popular seals in our project and often they do not show up in the top 12 most likely matches, even though some many of our photos are virtually identical to reference photos.(these are just a selection I would say this error occcurs more than 65% of the time)
Additionally, when running matches looking for more examples we have found that the correct individual is not recommended if Howe Sound is selected in the project selector, but is a top match when no project is selected.
When I remove the project selection and see the top match candidate for RHS3, that encounter does not appear to be in the Howe Sound project, which would be why it doesn’t appear as a candidate when you select the Howe Sound project.
Ditto above. The top match for RHS3 when I remove the project restriction points to an encounter that’s not in the Howe Sound project.
Same thing. The top match is from the same encounter I cited for Nov 5.
The top match for RHS3 is from an encounter that’s also not in the project.
The top candidate is from the same encounter I linked for Sept 25.
When you upload new encounters and you know they will be part of a project, make sure to use the Report an Encounter (Classic) option from the Submit menu. This form has more fields available than the standard submission form and allows you to select a project to add it to before uploading.
Adding existing encounters to a project involves a few more steps outlined in our help docs and should help you get the missing encounters from your project accounted for: Projects — Wildbook documentation
