Too many "fake/anonymous" users in system

In which Wildbook did the issue occur?
ACW

What operating system were you using? (eg. MacOS 10.15.3)
WIN 10
What web browser were you using? (eg. Chrome 79)
Chrome latest
What is your role on the site? (admin, researcher, etc)

What happened?
We have used fake user and email to cover requirement of bulk uploads to have a Photog email in system
Never used to be displayed as Users in the system.
Now being displayed per the attached video - sent to services@wildme.org

What did you expect to happen?
Do not have any of these ID show up in the system dropdowns or delete them all if no longer needed.

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?
Log into ACW and look at all search pages where User is a searchable field with dropdown.

Hi, @PaulK !
There is already a ticket (WB-1757) for this that has been completed and passed code review yesterday. It’s going to be QAed asap and deployed.

I’m going to close this as it is a duplicate of Search by submitter disappeared & replaced by oddly populating "assigned to" option - #11 by ACWadmin1
