What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?

  1. I’m unable to edit an annotation that I created, no pencil icon appears. 2. When looking at an annotation, is there a way to confirm the top boundary box?

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?
1.From the Encounter Page>Gallery, I select the annotation that I want to edit but no pencil icon appears (not even the delete icon).

Hi @DanniS

Sharkbook hasn’t received the latest update with the redesigned Encounter page yet. In this version of Sharkbook, annotations can’t be edited, only deleted and redrawn (menu icon > Remove annotation and then menu icon > Add annotation). The help docs reflect the latest version of Wildbook and we’re in the middle of the rollout period where some Wildbooks are still on the older version while others have the updated experience.
