I uploaded a sighting via bulk import and it got stuck mid-way through. The log shows it as “importing” (see screenshot below) but it’s been like that for hours now *import ID: 07bd8743)
I’d like to delete the batch and re-import but it’s not available for that import - I’m guessing because it still seems to think it’s importing?
It would be good to have a way of halting the upload process for instances like this so that I can delete it and start again, rather than having to go in and delete each encounter. I’m not even sure if, when I do delete the current set of encounters, if it will work correctly since the system is in this “importing” state. I’ll go ahead with it now and hope for the best.
