What Wildbook should this feature be in? ACW / all?

What would you like to see?
The way the match results are listed, it’s impossible to retain on screen the match image from results in the center (6-8) when you move your mouse to do anything else.

How would this functionality help you? Reduce confusion of what image result I’m working with when I can’t keep it on screen. Also enable researcher to examine the 2 images without the effort of trying to keep the mouse over that match result in the list.

We are definitely improving this in nextgen. We have some small changes coming up that should make this a little better in current gen in the immediate, but we’ll see if there’s a way to keep improving on it.

The page is really fragile, and we seem to find 27 reasons we can’t make changes to it without completely rewriting it each time we look at it.
