In which Wildbook did the issue occur? ACW

What operating system were you using? Win11

What web browser were you using? latest chrome

What is your role on the site? researcher

What happened?
A user has reported exceptions in the following bulk imports:

She uploaded a single photo as a test after these 2 bulk imports showed exceptions, and it’s not progressing either so I’m a bit concerned that whatever is causing the error or issue with the bulk imports is also blocking other wild dog images from getting through the ID algorithm…

Hi, These are the names of all my batches that got stuck.

  • WBIDuploadJohnathanEvG IDWD.xlsx
  • WBIDuploadtemplateupdatedall packs.xlsx
  • WBIDuploadJohnathanEvG IDTo be sorted and uploaded.xlsx

Let me know if I should remove the batches en re-upload in smaller sizes.

Hi @anastasia, @evgils decided to delete these bulk imports. She’ll re-upload them in smaller batches and if she sees any further issues, she’ll post here again.

In the meantime, you can close this particular ticket.
