In which Wildbook did the issue occur? ACW

What operating system were you using? Win 11

What web browser were you using? latest chrome

What is your role on the site? admin

A user reported to me this morning that she had sent 2 annotations through matching from the encounter, not from bulk import, about 20hrs ago. She still hasn’t got any match results.

I looked at the Grafana dashboard this morning and noted that it appears no ID jobs have completed since about 10pm yesterday:

I guess it’s decided to sleep in. I’ve shared with the team and will let you know when things are moving again.

I’ve learned it was restarted last night, hence the corresponding backlog of queued and working jobs in the queue today.
