What would you like to see?
We’d like to add a page with a User Agreement we recently drafted. It could either just be a URL to a PDF that we could provide you, or a new generic webpage template on the website – whichever is easier! We’d like to link it through the About dropdown menu as “User Agreement”

More readily offer explicit information to submitters about how we use the data they submit to us through the website.

We have an existing pattern for this kind of work. If you look at the submission page on African Carnivore (Wildbook for Carnivores), you’ll see a line for terms of use and privacy policy. These PDFs are hosted on the site under the Learn menu option.
If that method works for you, then we can get this processed through our support queue, which will make it a pretty quick and simple operation.
