Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
There are a few encounters which were submitted recently but by mistake weren’t submitted to the project. When using the encounter search to add them back into the project everything seems to work fine until I click on add to project as it will give me a message saying “Adding Encounters, please wait for confirmation…” but will stay like that and nothing happens after a couple of hours. I tried it on separate occasions but it still seems to be stuck in that part.
Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?
Encounter Search > Filter by date: 01.05.2024 to 31.05.2024 and by location: Red Sea > Project Management > Add to Red Sea Turtles Project
I did another encounter search but included April but it seems to load for a while and then nothing (This is the same for the month of May if I do my own search and don’t follow your link.
Just wanted to let you know that this is still giving me the same issue and I also think that the encounters are not being added to the project when clicking on it during the encounter submission.
Hope everything is going well with you. I was wondering if you had any updates on this or if there is anything I can do to help. We should still be able to work around this but it definitely would be easier.
Thanks for the reminder. I have a feeling this might be corrected once Wildbook 10.3.0 makes it to IoT. I’ll check again again once it’s been deployed.
I was trying to reproduce this to have a more recent example to compare against, and IoT isn’t showing me any encounters in Red Sea from May 2024 when I do an encounter search. Are you getting search results back for these dates?
Thanks for letting me know. I just ran an encounter search but encounters are showing up for me in May. My guess is maybe you used the other Red Sea location ID?
