In which Wildbook did the issue occur?

What operating system were you using? (eg. MacOS 10.15.3)

mac Os 10.14.6

What web browser were you using? (eg. Chrome 79)

Version 87.0.4280.88

What is your role on the site? (admin, researcher, etc)

Researcher but maybe Admin now since last bug report?

What happened? I cannot assign an adoption on the sighting page, also nothing on the individual page.

What did you expect to happen? to have the option to process an adoption

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?

Hi Elitza,

We suspended adoptions on all Wildbooks while switching adoption payment processors. Adopters were hitting too many issues and didn’t have control over their payments.

We don’t have a timeline to turn them back on, but it is a priority, and we are working on it.

Adoptions have been turned back on with the new payment processors (donorbox).
