Seems to happen mostly on annotations that are taller than wide.

Okay, after doing some experimenting, this issue seems to be related to taking photos within the Survey123 App. Photos taken outside the app and uploaded to the survey work correctly. Photos taken using the app itself cause the issue.

To add, we’ve also had this issue for various ORP accounts, not working with the mentioned app. For us, sometimes changing jpg to png and uploading that worked. Meant to write a ticket as well, but forgot to save example encounters. Will add here if one pops up again.
