Automated emails not working in SeadragonSearch

What is your role on the site? (admin, researcher, etc) admin

What happened? A few frequent submitters complianing they are npt receiving their emails- mail server might need a restart

What did you expect to happen? people to receive their automated updates

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue? submit a dragon hahaha!
