In which Wildbook did the issue occur? ACW

What operating system were you using? (eg. MacOS 10.15.3) Windows

What web browser were you using? (eg. Chrome 79) Chrome

What is your role on the site? (admin, researcher, etc) Admin, researcher

What happened? I cannot log back into ACW. It worked well this morning but now it spins for a long time and then I get the error message 502 Bad Gateway

Thanks for letting us know. We’re working on getting it back online.

ACW ran out of RAM. We’ve restarted Tomcat and the site is loading and allowing sign-ins now.
