What happened? Bulk import is stuck at 50% identification for more than 12 hours
What did you expect to happen? For the percentage to move up with time

I have another bulk import behind it, but I suppose it is stuck because it is in the queue behind this first one. Unfortunately I do not have the bulk import sheet anymore, but if needed I can recreate it. Thank you for your help as always!
The Seal Wildbook upgrade is complete. Your import looks to be processing normally now (I saw IA errors before the upgrade started). I’m going to give it time to pick up on its own since things look good so far. Let me know if you’re still not seeing match results after a bit.
I also haven’t been able to check the matching results for those encounters under this bulk import which had the identification as “complete” for the past 2 days - it is just an endless “Waiting for results” message appearing
Thanks for the update! We’re still working on getting the completion percentage display to update, but as of this morning it’s at least reflecting 98% complete.
