Bulk Upload not working - Researchers held up

In which Wildbook did the issue occur? ACW

What operating system were you using? (eg. MacOS 10.15.3) Win 10

What happened? Bulk uploader did not recognize filenames with underscores.

When I changed Underscores to dashes - Bulk Uploader still did not recognize

When I removed all special characters from filenames - system still did not recognize files

What did you expect to happen?
Bulk Uploader should recognize my files

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue? See file sent to services@wildme.org

Hi @PaulK

While it’s displaying the sanitized filename in the error report (we have to sanitize filenames because some special characters are not stored correctly on the standard Linux file system), we look for the files by their names in the spreadsheet.

Are you able to share the image files themselves with me via my email address? I can double check that.
