Cant access matching results for any encounters

What happened? we cant access any results…”attempting to fetch results”

What did you expect to happen? to see possible matches

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue? try ro access any match results

Hi @NeridaWilson

We restarted SeadragonSearch and it started processing all the jobs that had failed. I spot-checked a few encounters and am seeing match results for them now.

Thank you! I can see matches fine now but another matcher on our team doesnt seem to be able to. We’ll see what tomorrow brings!
