What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?
Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
I am attempting to reset my password. I enter my username or registered email address, but no link to reset my password is sent.
Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?
Go to Wildbook and try to get the email to reset the password.
If this is a bulk import report, send the spreadsheet to services@wildme.org with the email subject line matching your bug report

So after further investigation it doesn’t look like the password reset emails weren’t ever set up on Lynx. This will be fixed when it’s time for Lynx Wildbook to get upgraded to the newest version. We’re in the process of getting all Wildbooks running on the same version.

About the upgrade, I think Lynx Wildbook have some peculiarities. Don’t worry if we lose them while upgrading. There are so many features that we are not using in Lynx Wildbook, so don’t worry if we lose some of them in the upgrade.
