Hello Sharkbook users!
We’ve finally made Location IDs and roles in Sharkbook readable. Instead of seeing location names like 1, 4a, 7d, etc. they are now written out with their actual names like Australia, Mozambique, and Baja California.
We’ve updated encounters to reflect the updated names. Make sure to enter the location ID names as written in the Report an encounter location ID menu when filling in Encounter.locationID of your bulk import spreadsheet.
