Clicking on an ACW link from an email forces login even tho' already logged in

In which Wildbook did the issue occur? ACW

What operating system were you using? Win 10

What web browser were you using? latest chrome

What is your role on the site? admin

What happened?
A user sent me a few links in an email for encounters where they were running into issues. When I click on the links, I get a login screen for ACW, even though I have just logged in. The login screen has blank fields for UserID and pw when it comes up; usually when I go to login, those fields are pre-populated. Is the system looking for the userID & password of the person who sent me the links, perhaps?
Even if I copy and paste the link into my browser, I still get re-directed to the blank login page.

What did you expect to happen?
Normally, as long as I’m already logged in, links sent to me from users are accessible and open without requiring a new login.

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?

Interestingly, links to the following match results work for me no problem - it opens without going to a login screen:

Hi @ACWadmin1,

Unforunately, I cannot reproduce this. I clicked the first link, and it prompted me to log in (good).

I clicked it again, and I arrived at the indicated link page and saw all data.

I then clicked the second link, and I arrived at the expected page.

Were you logged in as admin or a non-admin account when accessing these? Context of who you were logged in as may affect response in silo security.

Hi @jason, I was logged in as admin. Since other links (the match links work), I think this can be shelved. If I start running into it more, I’ll come back. If you’re not seeing what I am it doesn’t make sense for you to chase this down more. Sometimes technology just doesn’t like me…
