COMPLETE: Flukebook Upgrade and Outage, week of Sept. 28

Hi all,

Matching will be down on Flukebook for a few hours next week while we install a major upgrade to the image analysis pipeline. If anyone has a particular time they were planning on doing matches, please let us know and we will work around that. Otherwise, we plan on installing the upgrade at 1pm PDT on the 28th.
