In which Wildbook did the issue occur?

What happened?
I got the following error when I tried to export data from South Africa:

Error encountered with file writing. Check the relevant log.

Please let the webmaster know you encountered an error at: EncounterSearchExportExcelFile servlet

I tried a few times (different data formats), and once it said there was an error writing the data, but all most the errors were like the one above, and I never managed to export anything.

What did you expect to happen?
Export the data from South Africa into an Excel spreadsheet

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?
Try to export data on MM

Hi @AFlam,

The disk filled up on MantaMatcher. There’s a lot of photos there!

It’s a good growing pain. :slight_smile:

I freed up a little bit of space, so you should be unblocked for now (I tested exporting successfully) and can export data.

Inside Wild Me, I have created ticket ticket WB-1364 to track extending the drive to solve this for more than the next few days.
