Double encounter submission email notifications

What happened?
We are receiving duplicate emails to spottinggiantseabass@gmail.com whenever a submission is received.

What did you expect to happen?
To receive only one email notification to spottinggiantseabass@gmail.com.

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?
Not sure if you can reproduce it because it comes to our email account, but here’s a screenshot of how the emails look coming in to us. They are coming from donotreply@giantseabass.wildbook.org. The issue started after the email notification system was updated a month or so ago.

If this is a bulk import report, send the spreadsheet to services@wildme.org with the email subject line matching your bug report

We were sending it twice in the code. :slight_smile:
