In Sharkbook.ai, we are finding that comments within the “Noticeable scarring” field are not downloading when we export results.
We need this field urgently as we are performing an injury assessment for a government project. Please can you review?
We do have an open feature request for this, as it relates to available metadata not being included in exports:
