Downloading User Emails? (Spotting Giant Sea Bass)

Is there a way to download or at least bulk copy all the emails of users who have submitted photos to our project? I am looking to make a newsletter and send it to everyone who has submitted a photo.

Here’s what I tried:

I went to Search > Encounter Search and then scrolled down to Metadata filters and then selected Assigned to user: public. Then in the Export tab, I opened the file for Exported email data contributors file. It opens a txt file with all of the email addresses submitted by citizen scientists.
