Duplicate images in Social Group Search Results & System ID vs Name

In which Wildbook did the issue occur? ACW

What operating system were you using? (eg. MacOS 10.15.3) Win 10

What web browser were you using? (eg. Chrome 79) Chrome

What is your role on the site? (admin, researcher, etc) Admin

What happened? Selected Social Group search for members

Got this table

Then selected Matching Images/Videos and got this;

What did you expect to happen? To see images of individuals only once (not duplicated because of tails?) Also, to see the name of the Individual in the ID field and not the System ID

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue? Follow steps above

I’m combing through some very old posts here. Would you still consider this an issue on your end?

I can confirm that there are some duplicates here (e.g., Marked Individual 37067100-1c4e-4aef-b97e-77b883270750 encounter bc1e8f59-d7e6-424e-bea9-9e458a707eef. But I’m not sure how much of a block this is for you to work.

That will help us prioritize.

This is not a block for us with reasonable bandwidth but our folks in Africa would appreciate the minimum possible data xfer when doing searches.

If you can filter out any “tail” encounters from the African Wild Dog data that would be appreciated.
