In which Wildbook did the issue occur? - Internet of Turtles

What operating system were you using? (eg. MacOS 10.15.3) - Mac OS 10.15.7

What web browser were you using? (eg. Chrome 79) - Safari 15.1

What is your role on the site? (admin, researcher, etc) - researcher

What happened? - Used the encounter search, meant to export the respective encounters (Standard Format Export [Click here]) and received the following error message instead of a download: "Please let the webmaster know you encountered an error at: EncounterSearchExportExcelFile servlet"

What did you expect to happen? - download of an excel file to start

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue? - search for encounters & try the Standard Export

Tried to download the results of an encounter search as standard excel format, but only received an error message.
