Tried to submit an encounter while logged in to my account and received the same error message, even when using different browser. Screenshot of error page below:
What did you expect to happen?
A ‘Success!’ message receiving encounter. I want to note that I was able to successfully submit the same encounter with same information only after logging out and using an incognito window.
What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?
Logging in to my SAS account (ara.mcclanahan) and trying to submit an encounter could possibly create the same error page.
