Encounter submission not working

In which Wildbook did the issue occur? Amphibian Reptile Wildbook

What operating system were you using? (eg. MacOS 10.15.3) MacOS 11.2.3

What web browser were you using? (eg. Chrome 79) Safar

What is your role on the site? (admin, researcher, etc) admin

What happened? I cannot submit an encounter. The error message is “HTTP Status 500 Internal Server Error”

What did you expect to happen? There should be a new encounter with my picture.

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue? Submit an individual encounter?

Functionality should be restored now. Can I ask you to confirm on your end?

What I believe happened: I updated amphibian-reptile.wildbook.org yesterday, made a small change to the database structure, and forgot to restart the server after the change.
