Encounters with no photos

In which Wildbook did the issue occur? SAS USA

What operating system were you using? (eg. MacOS 10.15.3) unknown

What web browser were you using? (eg. Chrome 79) unknown

What is your role on the site? (admin, researcher, etc) admin

What happened?

Shawn Harper tried uploading really large images (around 15MB). An encounter will be created, but the photos don’t attach. Below is the list of encounters. I also emailed these with hyperlinks to Tanya and Colin. Is this issue due to the file size of the photos? Is there a recommended file size limit?

Could I trouble you to email me, say, three or four of these bigger images that you tried to upload?

I’d like to reproduce your issue before I speculate about what happened.

Shawn has his images. I will try to find some large image files that you can use to troubleshoot.
