What is your role on the site? (admin, researcher, etc)
Groupadmin, researcher

What happened?
Meant to assign the managing researcher (ORP) on this encounter: Internet of Turtles
Returned with Error: HTTP Status 500 ? Internal Server Error

What did you expect to happen?
New page to show saying success

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?
try assigning a managing researcher on the encounter linked above
