Error code 403 when opening a collaborator's Bulk Import

What is your role on the site? (admin, researcher, etc) researcher

What happened? When I tried to open a collaborator’s bulk import, I receive an error “Error loading bulk import task - error code 403 returned”

What did you expect to happen? I expected to see the contents and results of this bulk import. Note that I had similar results when logged in on our Administrative account.

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?

I received the same error trying to open a collaborator’s bulk import as well. Here is my similar issue:

What happened? When I tried to open a collaborator’s bulk import, I receive an error “Error loading bulk import task - error code 403 returned." When I open the bulk imports I uploaded, it works fine. It is only for collaborators’ bulk import.

What did you expect to happen? I expected to see the contents and results of this bulk import.

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?

Same problem on the African Carnivore Wildbook. I can see the bulk import (I’m an OrgAdmin) but my other users who are just researchers, cannot.

Thanks for your patience, @GoBeach! IoT is fixed. You may need to clear your browser’s cache in order to get the update.
