During the matching process, the image to match failed to load and I receive and error message.
What did you expect to happen?
An image should load

It looks like the match results are from older encounters with corrupted images. We’re not sure how corrupted images made it into WBIA, but at least one of the results points to a public encounter with a corrupt image: Wildbook for Giraffe
Interesting. Weird that we would have matched to those in the past. Do you have any guidance on how we should deal with this? Do you think this could potentially result in duplicates if we can’t see those images any more?
We think they likely weren’t corrupted when they were uploaded since they made it to WBIA. We’re still working on repairing the original images. I’ll post here again when I have an update.
