A user has reported that she’s seeing the error message below on all imports she did on the 19th
What did you expect to happen?
The ability to view the inspect imagery

I see this error message, too, but I also see the correct image show on the right side as I hover over each suggestion. Is the user not seeing any of the images populate?

@Anastasia - a little more info. I just spot checked a few other bulk imports from different users and the error message is appearing on all of the match results pages I’ve checked.

I’ve escalated this to our engineering team. I hope to have an update for you soon as this is affecting other Wildbooks.

Thanks for hanging in there @ACWadmin1! The issue with WBIA has been resolved and you should be able to match your images normally now.
