Erroring Saving in Spot Mapping

What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
Researcher is getting a generic “error saving” message when performing “save” for spot mapping.
She has tried on multiple computers and browsers.
She has tried it with multiple encounters.

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?
Login and select the encounter identified (or any encounter that needs spot mapping)
Perform the spot mapping
Click Save
==> results in generic “error saving” message

I found this post while looking for older unanswered posts. Apologies that this slipped through the cracks!

Obviously, we would potentially need to resolve the blocking issue you brought up here first, but after that, I’ll follow up appropriately here.
