Thanks for sending your spreadsheet! I need a little more time to look into this.
Good news: thereās nothing wrong with your spreadsheet data. The only change I made in testing was to apply the text format to all cells in the spreadsheet, not just the ones with data in them. After you upload the spreadsheet and see āno records foundā, wait a few moments and then refresh the page. Then the encounter table should load.
Iām going to email you the updated spreadsheet I tested with.

Following up here for visibility since we did additional troubleshooting over email.
The Failed status on the latest bulk import attempt with the new spreadsheet was due to two image files that were corrupted. Iāve made a ticket so that we can make sure that our image validation step more clearly warns users when their images need to be reviewed: First step of bulk import image validation doesn't flag corrupt images Ā· Issue #1266 Ā· WildMeOrg/Wildbook Ā· GitHub
My recommendation is to either delete or replace the corrupted images in the import with a screenshot.
