What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
Sometimes when I press an encounter, instead of showing an image it gives me an error message.
Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?
Search, Encounter Search, Select Any Unassigned Encounter

Confirmed the issue. We’ll be tracking this under WB-1537.

Hello,

The error in the encounter above is caused by upload of a corrupted image. Here is a link to the original on the server outside the Flukebook application:

I also downloaded the original to my personal computer, attempted to open it and received this message:

The solution for this is to remove the encounters then use an outside utility and repair or make a fixed copy of the image and re-upload. If there are only a couple of these it might be easiest to delete the current encounters and re upload them with the single encounter submission tool. If there are many, it might be easiest to delete the import from the import result page:

And then try again with your repaired images.
