A habitat option please. Would that be possible?

Hi @FrederikeOtten

When we migrate GiraffeSpotter to Codex (newer version of Wildbook), this will be a custom field that we can add. Do you have a fixed list of habitat values that you think are needed, or would this be a more open-ended description?

thanks Jason, when is this going to happen? I think a fixed list (drop down menu) would be ideal.

We don’t have a timeline on the upgrade yet other than that it is likely to be in 2023.

P.S. For future reference, can you provide the values you would want to see in a fixed list?

  • Closed Bushland
  • Open Woodland
