Help with assigning encounters in giraffespotter

I am reaching out to request your assistance with an issue I encountered after succesfully performing a bulk import, sending to identification, and clicking on rapa id view. Specifically, I am trying to assign preferred names to the encounters, but GiraffeSpotter keeps displaying an “unauthorized user” error message. I am unable to proceed beyond this point, as illustrated in the attached photos.
