I cannot establish login credntials for a new staff member as it states that the email address is not unique. This user has previously made submissions - but as a member of the public. I am attempting to provide him with greater access - but not permitted

couldn’t give additional login credentials to staff researcher

What did you expect to happen?
ability to provide login and password access

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?
try to allocate user with following email: johnw@double-you.com.au

If this is a bulk import report, send the spreadsheet to services@wildme.org with the email subject line matching your bug report

This is the message I am receiving when I try to set up John Woodward with a login and password

‘Email address already claimed by another user. Please try another unique email address.’

Hi @normanb

From the User Management page, search for the email address

and then click on the row with that email address. You can then add a username and password in the form as well as the necessary roles.
