What happened? there was one encounter sitting in the unapproved encounters box while the back end upgrade was happening. Now it seems those are corrupted.
What did you expect to happen? The images still to be present and visible
What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue? Not sure, but subsequent encounters post upgrade do not have this issue. If you are able to sort out, let me know, otherwise i will try to contact the submitter to re-submit. thanks!
