I’m having some issues with the IA, which prevents me from analysing/matching our data. Somehow, the photos got “stuck” in the process of IA and won’t be processed…
Could you help me with that?

What happened?
After the Bulk import I clicked on “send to IA”. But the images haven’t been sent there for days.
What did you expect to happen?
Images should be sent to IA, so that I can continue matching them.
What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?
