In which Wildbook did the issue occur?
Whiskerbook

What operating system were you using? (eg. MacOS 10.15.3)
Windows

What web browser were you using? (eg. Chrome 79)
Latest Chrome

What is your role on the site? (admin, researcher, etc)
Orgadmin

What happened?
The audit trail does not indicate who validated the match.

What did you expect to happen?
The log should record all changes made to the encounter, including whether a match was validated (and when and by whom).

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?

Thanks for letting us know. I’ll need to do more testing to see if this is typical for all Wildbooks of if it’s only happening in Whiskerbook.
