Individual ID dropdown does not include all our marked individuals

In which Wildbook did the issue occur?

What happened?

I tried to assign encounter:c29a0d7b-1211-4c8a-a83b-2db214252815 to marked individual “136_achmus_makw_2023” but it did not have an option in the Individual ID dropdown menu. It was prompting me to create individual “136_achmus_makw_2023.”

What did you expect to happen?

I expected the Individual ID dropdown menu to have all our marked individuals, so I could have chosen the correct ID and mark the encounter with this individual’s name.

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?

Try to identify a snail as individual “136_achmus_makw_2023”.

Thanks for your patience. We’ve got a fix in place and the test encounters we’ve tried to assign are being correctly suggested now. Do you mind verifying this looks good on your side as well?
