I am also experiencing this same problem.
Hey all,
This is an intermittent problem on IoT. When I signed in this morning, I had no issues, but last week, things were hit and miss. We are treating this as an intermittent bug and it is under investigation. We’re hoping the azure instance needs to be adjusted or some other simple solution, but I will keep you informed as we figure out what is and isn’t the issue.
