I received the above error when trying to use the Hotspotter for the following encounter: Internet of Turtles

I have tried removing the annotation and manually assigning it.

Mac OS Catalina 10.15.7
Chrome Version 103.0.5060.134 (Official Build) (x86_64)
IOT: Researcher

Hi @E.Germanov

Please use the class turtle_hawksbill+head for matching. Redrawing the annotation with turtle_hawksbill+head fixed the issue and allowed matching to complete:

I am investigating why the interface is allowing you to do a “start match” if only turtle_hawksbill is specified (intended for the full body). I believe that should not be an option but rather than users should be directed toward turtle_hawksbill+head.

I have the same issue repeatedly. Tried manually setting the annotations (always +head), but the issue remains.
