IoT annotations and match results problem

What happened?
Earlier this week IoT was not placing annotations on encounters I uploaded - and the encounters still remain without annotations:

For encounters I’ve uploaded today, it’s placing annotations but not giving me options to start a match or view results of match.

This is also the case for other ORP users on IoT.

What did you expect to happen?
For IoT to place annotations + search and match results, and give option to start a match

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?
Upload the encounter and try again.

Thanks for reporting this. There is a larger issue we are working on, but I’ve temporarily restored
the ability to start a matching job.
